ID-Card Registration

Please read the Instruction mentioned below very carefully and follow them. If needed, read it 100 times if don’t understand.

1. Address should have House Number which is mandatory, Ward No, Lane No (If any), and Colony Name. If you don’t know your House number or Lane or Ward number or colony name, go out of the house to find out, ask your parents/guardians or land owner, and if needed ask the chairman of the colony or village. If not, go Deputy Commissioner or Magistrate to find your proper address details, go to Kohima if need. But the address details should be extremely proper.

2. Blood Group should be in the proper format, i.e.: A+, B+, C+, D+, or – whatever it is. Not A-ve or A+ve / A positive or A negative. (The computer system don’t understand those).

3. If you are staying in the hostel, Please mention your hostel name as such:
C/o: ABCD Hostel, H/No: 1111 (Apartment Name if any), Ward No, Lane No (If any), Colony or street / Landmark.

4. Please read the validation remarks mention in the field title according.

5. Your photo should be your very recent photo, click a proper clear photo of your face. No gogles or spectacles are allowed. We need only your clear face.
